Trivium Continue to Hint at a New Album

Earlier this week, the social media accounts for Trivium and all of its members were suddenly adorned with new profile pictures — a vague, maroon image — and a link to trivium.org. Now, in case there was any doubt that the band is getting ready to make a major announcement, those same social media accounts, as well as that same website, have posted this video:

The implication here is that the new album is called VIII.I, which is a bit confusing right now; it would indeed be Trivium’s eighth album, but I’m not sure what the point-one is about.  How intriguing!

Presumably, we’ll know more soon. Stay tuned…
