That Jamey Jasta / Dee Snider Album Will Also Feature Members of Toxic Holocaust, Lamb of God’s Mark Morton

The much-teased collaborative metal album that Hatebreed’s Jamey Jasta is producing for Twisted Sister vocalist Dee Snider is turning out to be quite the star-studded affair. More than that, though, it seems like it’ll actually be worthy of our collective attention: unlike a lot of so-called “supergroups,” there’s something about this one that seems special. Maybe that it’s not forced, but seems wrought of genuine desire between the participants. That audio sample we heard didn’t hurt, either.

The latest revelation about the project: two members of Toxic Holocaust are involved. Jasta tweeted as much yesterday in response to a fan asking who else is playing on the tracks:

Which two members? Lambgoat tells us it’s Joel Grind and Nick Bellmore, with Bellmore’s brother — and Kingdom of Sorrow bandmate, along with Jasta — Charlie Bellmore contributing as well.

Lambgoat also reveals — although they didn’t name a source — that in addition to Light the Torch (Devil You Know, ex-Killswitch Engage) vocalist Howard Jones guesting on the album, Lamb of God guitarist Mark Morton will make an appearance as well.

Shew! That’s a whole lot of legit metal names on one album. No wonder Jamey seems so pumped on it.

Jasta also shared another clip of the recording sessions on Instagram yesterday, and it continues to bode well for this project. Watch and listen for yourself:
