Video: Jamey Jasta and Howard Jones Petting Cute Baby Animals
Jamey Jasta is a goddamn renaissance man. Hatebreed frontman (duh), Kingdom of Sorrow collaborator, writer/producer for Dee Fucking Snider, record label founder and owner, one-time MTV VJ, host of metal’s most popular podcast… dude’s fucking busy, and dude is great at everything he touches. You can now add “YouTube Series Creator and Star” to that list.
“Metal Dudes Doing Non-Metal Things” is as genius a concept for a YouTube series as any, and episode one of the recently-launched show pairs up Jasta with Light the Torch / ex-Killswitch Engage vocalist Howard Jones — who also appears on the upcoming Dee Snider record Jasta produced — for a trip to Silverman’s Farm in Connecticut so the duo can connect (see what I did there??) with some of the baby animals on premises. Goats, deers, cows, bison and all manner of other very cute animals make an appearance in this most br00tal of metal matchings. Team Jasta/Jones also make a couple of pitstops to get some donuts and tacos, because why not? Watch below.
