GOD FORBID’S DOC COYLE RIPS THE GUITAR SOLO FROM THE EAGLES’ “HOTEL CALIFORNIA”

I know it’s a cliché, but the guitar solo from the end of The Eagles’ “Hotel California” has to be one of the greatest of all time, right? Even if you hate it, you can’t deny it’s one of the most easily recognizable. I don’t hate it, though — really, it’s so epic, I don’t see how you can hate it.

ANYWAY, I mention it because God Forbid’s Doc Coyle recently posted a video of himself playing said solo, and it’s pretty cool — he stays loyal to the original, but adds just enough metallic edge to it to make it, well, Doc Coyle-esque. Check it out:
