“A PATH DISCLOSED”: WATCH ALLEGAEON F*CK SH*T UP FOR NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE

I’d be lying if I said that Allegaeon’s new video for the song “A Path Disclosed” was really good. It follows the band through their day and performance at Bohemian Nights at New West Fest in Fort Collins, CO earlier this month; apparently, they were the first metal band ever invited to play that event, and it kinda shows, because it looks like they didn’t draw an especially impressive crowd.

Oddly enough, that’s all the more reason for you to watch this video and check out Allegaeon’s most recent release, Formshifter. Given the current glut of completely forgettable melodeath bands, I’m kind of surprised I don’t hear people giving Allegaeon props on a more regular basis. If you’re not already hip to this band, you best get hip to this band pronto. They deserve a warmer reception than fifteen moshers and a hundred weirded-out onlookers.
