Hope You Weren’t Excited for Cradle of Filth’s U.S. Tour

Cradle of Filth have been forced to cancel their U.S. tour with The Faceless, Decapitated, and The Agonist a mere week before it was set to kick off. The culprit? Why, visa issues, of course!

Explains the band via their Facebook page:

Cradle Of Filth are really sorry to tell all of their fans that their US tour ’28 Days Closer to Hell’ is going to have to be cancelled, due to US immigration issues beyond the band’s control.
They have been desperately trying to solve these problems, but it has become evident they are not going to be resolved in time for the band to embark on a tour that starts next week.

The band sincerely apologise to all their fans and to the other acts on the tour and want to assure people they have made every effort possible to go ahead with the tour.

At the time of this writing, I haven’t been able to get confirmation from the U.S. State Department that Dani Filth’s visa was rejected because you must be this tall to ride America.

Hopefully, the support bands will all — and by “all,” I mean “The Faceless and Decapitated” — be able to find other ways to spend this time productively. If Decapitated wanna throw together a last-minute string of headlining shows, I would not object one bit.
