BREAKING: As I Lay Dying’s Tim Lambesis Arrested for Allegedly Attempting to Have His Estranged Wife Murdered

It’s really hard to believe that this isn’t some awful prank. But according to both Reuters and at least one Fox affiliate, Tim Lambesis, thirty-two-year-old vocalist for As I Lay Dying, Austrian Death Machine, and Pyrithion, has been arrested for allegedly attempting to hire an undercover detective to have his estranged wife killed.

According to authorities, Lambesis was taken into custody around 2 p.m. this afternoon at a store on Vista Way in Oceanside, California. He is to said to have initially solicited the aid of the undercover detective on May 2.
