Tim Lambesis is Not Getting Less Time

I’m gonna keep this brief, because to say “I’m over it” might be the understatement of the year.

Tim Lambesis’ request for a reduced sentence based on time he already served while under house arrest has been denied. Reports Metal Injection:

“Appearing in front of Judge Carlos Armour, Lambesis was told that credits only apply to inmates that are held in jail without bail. Lambesis’ ankle bracelet and house arrest was not a condition of the bail. The monitoring was not done by the Sheriff’s office therefore it wouldn’t count towards custody credits. The monitoring was likely a condition by the bail bondsmen Lambesis hired.”

Oh well what a shame that’s real sad I give a fuck really.
