Drop What You’re Doing and Listen to a Brand New Decapitated Song Right Now!

Decapitated will release Blood Mantra this fall via Nuclear Blast. Poland’s finest death metal exports sure have a lot of hype to live up to, whatwith how friggin’ good 2011’s Carnival is Forever was. They’ve got new drummer Michal Lysejko on board this time as well, having parted ways with Kerim “Krimh” Lechner in late 2012. Not that the drummer swap should make too much of a difference; both fellas are quite capable, and we all know who really calls the shots in this band anyway. 

A brand new song from Blood Mantra premiered on BBC Radio 1’s Rock Show with Daniel P Carter earlier this week. It’s the album’s second track, “The Blasphemous Psalm to the Dummy God Creation,” and it’s just shy of two and a half minutes of pure Decapitated fury. Stream it here, and skip to the 1:44:00 mark.
