“Ex Everything”: Who Even Needs Anything Anyway When You’ve Got Fight Amp?

Fight AmpSpeaking of bands that evolve and change their sound with each album: Fight Amp, the Philadelphia three-piece whose praises we’ve been singing for years and years. Change or no change, they never disappoint, so what’s to complain about? In Fight Amp we trust that whatever ride they have in store for us will be a blast, and it always is.

New jam “Ex Everything” continues the band’s trajectory of moving away from groove-based riff punk into full on AmRep-style noise rock. Peppered with even just a dose of doom, perhaps? It’s a banger of a track no matter how you categorize it, and it comes from Fight Amp’s upcoming album Constantly Off, coming out June 9th via Brutal Panda. Stream the premiere below via Noisey, pre-order Constantly Off right here, and listen to a trailer of what the rest of the album has to offer here.
