Here to Bray: Korn’s Jonathan Davis Working on Country Music Project with Big & Rich
You gotta hand it to Jonathan Davis: he simply will not allow himself to be limited creatively, even if his creativity is limited.
So: having mastered (or “mastered”) such horrible genres of music as nu-metal and dubstep, Davis has apparently now turned his attention to country music*. Yee-haw!
My familiarity with Big & Rich begins and ends with their song “Save a Horse (Ride a Cowboy),” which is just as dumb as it sounds.
So, basically, Davis and these dudes are a perfect match! I very much look forward to making fun of this garbage whenever it’s released. Giddyup!
*Or, rather, what is known as country music, but is really country-pop-rock that has nothing to do with the work of Hank Williams, Patsty Cline, etc. I don’t have anything against real country music.
