Get Heady with After the Burial’s New Album Dig Deep, Now Streaming

After the Burial’s new album Dig Deep arrives this Friday via Sumerian Records. How does this one stand up against the band’s past work? Can we feel the absence of late guitarist Justin Lowe, either for better or worse?

You be the judge: Dig Deep is now streaming in full courtesy of Metal Injection. I’m just now listening to the entire album for the first time right along with you, but based on the singles the band released prior I’ll offer this: you can definitely feel the anger and sadness coming through the music. This is a HEAVY one for sure. As I said before, I’m especially digging the lead guitar work of Trent Hafdahl, for which several MetalSucks readers lambasted me for my previous ignorance… my bad! All in all, I think ATB fans will be very happy with this release.

Stream the album below. Buy it here when it comes out tomorrow, and check upcoming tour dates with Born of Osiris, Veil of Maya and Erra here.
