Ghost Announce Headline Summer Tour Surrounding Iron Maiden Dates

0

New lineup and all, Ghost are going to be having one helluva summer: they’ll be opening for Iron Maiden, one of the biggest support gigs imaginable, and they just announced they’ll be filling the in-between dates with some headline dates of their own.

Ghost’s headline dates come mostly in smaller markets that the Maiden tour isn’t hitting. Maiden’s massive stage show requires multiple semis and a small army of men to set it up — not to mention for the band members the rigors of putting on a show as intense as theirs at age 60+ — so naturally they have several off-dates built in. But that doesn’t mean Ghost will sit idle in between, so if you live in one of these cities… go go go!

Oh, and there’s that whole business of a new album before the end of the year, too. Like we said, a busy summer.
