“God Damn,” the New Avenged Sevenfold Video Looks Neat

I’m a massive Avenged Sevenfold apologist, and the only thing I remember about the band’s newish album, The Stage, is that it was a surprise release with lower-than-expected sales. Not a great sign for the record’s longevity.

Still, “God Damn” is a really catchy song, and its new video, which was directed by Anders Rostad, certainly looks friggin’ cool. Maybe I should give The Stage another listen?

Check out the clip below. The Stage is out now, in case that somehow wasn’t clear from my opening paragraph. The band will also spend their summer touring with some group called Metallica.
