This Time-Lapse Footage of Behemoth’s Nergal Putting on His Makeup is Mesmerizing

Everyone’s got their routines. We get up in the morning, shower, make coffee, commute to work. We have our favorite lunch spot where the workers know what to make for us on sight. We brush our teeth, wash our face, go to bed and repeat the whole damn miserable experience again the next day… and the one after that, and the one after that.

Adam Darski’s daily routine is way more interesting than those of the rest of us plebes, but his tedium is our gain: watch below as he transforms into Behemoth frontman/guitarist Nergal before our very eyes. It’s not clear exactly how long this whole process takes, but it’s quite the production… as if we’d expect any less from Behemoth, whose stage shows are always just as meticulously crafted.
