Nekrogoblikon Teams Up with Metalocalypse‘s Brendon Small for New “Dressed as Goblins” Video

Goblins! Exploding heads! Telekinesis! Nekrogoblikon’s latest music video, “Dressed as Goblins,” weaves all these together in hilariously poignant follow up to 2012’s “No One Surivives”. The band teamed up with Metalocalypse co-creator Brendon Small to create a glimpse into the life of John Goblikon, the band’s eccentric mascot, who shows a distinct fondness for the devil’s lettuce (hail Satan).

“Dressed as Goblins” will appear on Nekrogoblikon’s highly anticipated new album, Welcome to Bonkers, which is set for release on April 13. This offering has a much more melodic feel than the band’s previous albums, most likely due to vocalist Nicholas “Scorpion” Von Doom’s heavy influence. “This time around, I pretty much wrote most of it, whereas we’ve had varying degrees of collaboration on past albums,” he commented. If this sounds like your cup of tea, go ahead and pre-order it.

You can also catch Nekrogoblikon on tour with Rings of Saturn, Allegaeon, Lorna Shore, Entheos, and Gloom. Check out the dates on their Facebook page.
