Ozzy Osbourne Announces New Year’s Eve Ozzfest with Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson, and More
This seems like a more-fun-way-than-most to celebrate New Year’s Eve: Ozzy Osbourne has announced a special Ozzfest, set to take place at The Forum in Los Angeles on Monday, December 31.
Ozzy will headline the main stage, which will also include Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson, Korn’s Jonathan Davis, and Body Count. Although it hasn’t been officially announced by organizers of the event, Rolling Stone reports that Zakk Wylde’s Black Sabbath tribute act, Zakk Sabbath, will headline the second stage, with four more bands to be announced soon. There will also be other, currently-unspecified “holiday festivities.”
Tickets will go on sale this coming Friday, October 26 at noon PDT. If you’re gonna venture out into New Year’s traffic and pay inflated prices for just about everything to celebrate a fairly arbitrary event, might as well see go see some metal, yeah?
