Visceral Disgorge Release First New Song in Eight Years

0

Despite some semi-steady touring over the past coupla years, Visceral Disgorge have not actually released any new music since the 2011 debut, Ingesting Putridity. That’s a long time in-between records! To put things in perspective, that was during Obama’s first term. Sheesh.

Luckily, that all changes today! The band has just released a new song called “Architects of Warping Flesh,” and it… is… RUTHLESS. It’s like having your legs crushed by a steamroller before having to crawl through broken glass and swim through a boiling river to the get to the relative safety of a bed of a nails. It’s a helluva of a re-entrance for the Baltimore brutalists.

Listen:

Good shit, yeah? And it’s just one of nine track from the band’s sophomore album, Slithering Evisceration, which comes out September 13 on Agonia. Check out the siqq cover art by Stephen Somers:

So that will probably make a cameo in your nightmares tonight, eh?
