In case getting Marilyn Manson’s face tattooed on her ribs wasn’t enough to prove Halsey’s devotion to the shock rocker, the pop singer also celebrated this year’s Halloween by dressing up as Manson during his Mechanical Animals era.
Meanwhile, her boyfriend, the actor Evan Peters (American Horror Story), dressed up as an unspecified member of the Insane Clown Posse. Or maybe he’s just supposed to be a juggalo. Can’t quite say.
