Fleshgod Apocalypse Announce North American Tour with Classical Quartet

The one bummer about seeing orchestral death metallers Fleshgod Apocalypse live is that they don’t normally bring an orchestra on the road with them. Which is OF COURSE 110% understandable — more musicians = more expensive to produce show — but still.

Well, excellent news, my friends: that’s gonna change somewhat in 2020. The Italian band has announced they’ll headline a tour of North America for 2020, during which they’ll be accompanied by a classical string quartet. It’s the first time they’ve ever done a full tour this way. Maybe it’s not a “full” orchestra, but that’s still pretty sweet.

The cherry on top of this delicious sundae is that The Agonist are opening. So the bill will offer as close to a guarantee of a fun night out as you’re gonna get.
