Brutal Panda Records Releases Bandcamp Compilation to Benefit Campaign Zero

  • Axl Rosenberg

Like so many of us, the brutal pandas at Brutal Panda Records were disgusted by the murder of George Floyd and the ensuing police brutality that has met the largely-peaceful protests against that murder. And like so many of us, the brutal pandas at Brutal Panda Records wanted to do something to help.

To that end, they’ve now released a pay-what-you-want Bandcamp compilation, from which 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Campaign Zero, a “comprehensive platform of research-based policy solutions to end police brutality in America.” And as if that wasn’t enough, Brutal Panda will match all contributions 100% through the end of June. And as if THAT wasn’t enough, Bandcamp is waiving their revenue share today, June 5, so if you buy the compilation before midnight PDT, the contributions will go even further.

The 21-track comp features a ton of killer acts, including Mantar, Moon Destroys, Ruby the Hatchet, Kowloon Walled City, Local H, and more. So this is an awesome opportunity to get some great music into your ears and help an excellent cause.

You can stream the comp below, and/ or purchase it here.
