Crowbar Announce New Album Zero and Below, Release “Chemical Godz” Single

0

Crowbar, the best New Orleans metal band ever to be fronted by a Jewish dude, have announced that they’re gonna release a new album called Zero and Below on March 4 via MNRK Heavy. That’s just a few weeks before the start of spring, so what better time to release an album with a title referencing cold weather, right?

ANYWAY, the album includes a song called “Bleeding From Every Hole.” Despite this magnificent fact, they released a different song, “Chemical Godz,” as the first single. I mean, don’t get me wrong — “Chemical Godz” is a good song, even if typing that “z” at the end makes me wanna throw my computer against the wall. It’s just that “Bleeding From Every Hole” is such an amazing title, I think it demands attention. That’s all.

Comments mastermind Kirk Windstein of “Chemical Godz”:

“We are all so excited to release the song and video for ‘Chemical Godz!’ It’s been nearly two years since the album was completed. It was such a sad time for so many people going through the Covid-19 epidemic and we felt it wasn’t a good time to release any new material. Get ready because the heavy is coming! We hope y’all enjoy the song and video. Stay safe out there!”

You chan check out the video for “Chemical Godz” below. Pre-order Zero and Below here.
