Korn’s Brian ‘Head’ Welch Launches YouTube Series “All in the Family” Highlighting the Road Crew

It takes a lot of people and energy to put on a tour, regardless of the bill that’s taking the stage. In “All In The Family,” a new YouTube video series by Brian ‘Head’ Welch, Korn‘s guitarist shines a spotlight on everyone that help make their tour run.

“Me and the guys in Korn always put on shows for you year after year, and I wanted to highlight some of the guys that make the shows happen, because without these guys Korn would never be able to perform for you. And they’ve become friends of ours. When we get people that we like on tour to be our crew, we end up loving the guys — or ladies; sometimes ladies, but usually guys — they end up staying with us a long time.”

To kick off the series, Welch focused on someone personally close to him — his guitar tech Andres “Andre” Lecaros. That episode can be seen below.

Love ’em or hate ’em, it’s cool that Korn is taking time to recognize the people that make their shows run. Without the road crew of your favorite band, it would be incredibly difficult to have tours that stretch for months at a time across multiple time zones.

From logistics to catering and everything in between we here at MetalSucks appreciate all the work that goes into the shows that leave us sore, with ringing ears, and eager for more.
