Skid Row Release “October’s Song” Video Just in Time for November
Beloved, sleazy, classic metal icons Skid Row just released a new album, The Gang’s All Here, and to promote it, they released the single and lyric video for “October’s Song” on the first week of November. nice timing.
While the record, and the featured song, in no way break new ground for the band, they solidify Skid Row as another legacy group capable of putting out solid music in 2022. How much longer they will be doing so, and whether this new record will stand the test of time like some of their earlier albums, remains to be seen.
That being said, the record is topping charts worldwide, reaching the top 20 position in: Sweden (Hard Rock Charts), U.K. (Physical Album Charts), USA (Current Hard Music Albums), Switzerland, Spain, Canada, USA (Billboard Top Album Sales), Germany, Scotland, and Finland. That level of success shouldn’t be surprising, given their longevity as a band. They say regarding the success:

The Gang’s All Here was released October 14 via after a lot of work and deliberation prior to the release. They also discuss their lineup shift and how that impacted the new record.
“We are beyond excited to release this record,” say Rachel Bolan and Snake Sabo, according to Louder Sound. “It has been a long time in the making, and a lot of hard work has been put into it by the band and our producer Nick Raskulinecz. And the addition of Erik has lifted the songs to new heights.”

The band are also finishing up their European tour throughout this month. Previously on their Gang’s All Here tour, they went throughout the U.S. in support of the new album.
