Ronnie Radke Has Laryngitis, So That’s Three More Falling In Reverse Shows Canceled

0

After previously saying he wasn’t sick and he just needed to rest his voice, Falling In Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke announced just an hour ago that he has laryngitis and will have to cancel the band’s next three shows.

As many of you know, I have been having some issues with my voice over the last week. I have now seen a specialist and was diagnosed with laryngitis and inflammation, requiring me to go on further vocal rest to prevent damage to my vocal chords.

I truly hate to do this but will have to cancel our next 3 performances:

May 2 – Springfield, MO The Shrine Mosque
May 4 – Milwaukee, WI 93X’s Twin City Takeover
May 6 – St. Paul, MN * HOG Fest

The festivals in Milwaukee and St. Paul will go on as planned, just without us performing.

For our headline show in Springfield, refunds are available at your point of purchase.

I love you all and am super thankful for your understanding and support.

I’ll see you all on May 27th at Sonic Temple.

This news comes after Radke already canceled a handful of previous shows for vocal issues. At first, he blamed cold, dry air for having to not perform, which is absolutely something that can affect a vocalist if not managed properly. At the time, he said he wasn’t sick and blamed the media for blowing things out of proportion.

“‘Blames venues cold air’ Amalie arena is a 19,000 seat hockey arena that works hard to fight the humidity that Florida brings and keeps it extremely cold and dry, I sang in dry cold artificial air, a singer’s nemesis. I canceled so I could continue. Why is this such a huge deal?”

“These fucking idiots think I just cancel ’cause I want to play video games, pay my crew, pay for the buses, piss off the fans, what do you think happens when I cancel? I don’t make money. I’m just traveling around losing money.”

Still, as more shows get canceled and fans miss out on seeing their favorite band, it’s not a great situation for anyone to be in.

As long as he recovers in time and the venue isn’t blasting AC and they have their laptops, you might be able to finally catch Falling In Reverse live at any of the following dates:
