Kreator’s Video for “Conquer And Destroy” Highlights the Intensity of their Live Shows
German thrash metal band Kreator have been going at this thing for a long time, having formed back in 1982 when the genre was just gaining a foothold. Yet more than 40 years later and 15 albums later, including last year’s banger of a release Hate Über Alles, they’ve still got the intensity to bring it live.
While currently out on tour with Sepultura, Death Angel, and Spiritworld, Kreator dropped a music video that effectively serves as a commercial for their live shows. With “Conquer and Destroy” as its musical backdrop, watch as Kreator tears shit up for 6,000 fans at Essen’s Grugahalle this past March. As one could expect during a show full of “neckbreakers and beloved anthems” as the band puts it, the energy in the footage is high, as fans lose their shit in the pit, bang heads, mosh, and crowd surf.
