Exodus Sign with Napalm Records, Reveal New Music Slated for Next Year

When it comes to thrash metal royalty, there’s a very small list of bands more important than the metal motherfuckers known as Exodus. Having taken on the world since 1979, the band is one of the original purveyors of thrash and given how hard their 11th studio album Persona Non Grata hit back in 2021, it’s obvious they’re still among the best to do it.

Earlier today, the band announced that not only have they signed a worldwide contract with Napalm Records, but they’ve got big plans for next year in the form of a new album next year. Guitarist Gary Holt said he and his fellow bandmates were excited to get started under the banner of their new record label.

“Exodus are extremely excited to announce that we are joining the family at Napalm Records! It’s time for a new chapter for the band, and we are stoked to be joining the label and are starting to put our foot on the gas and get ourselves prepared for the next record! They convinced us with their passion and love for the band, and where we will be going in the future, we couldn’t say no. It’s time to push even further and not only continue to run right over people with our brand of thrash, it’s time to increase the body count! Here’s to new beginnings with Napalm Records!”

Nautrally, Napalm Records CEO Thomas Caser expressed genuine excitement over adding Exodus to the label’s already killer roster of bands from around the world.

“We are proud to announce this signing of one of the most influential metal bands in the world – one that has proven to always deliver the highest quality throughout the decades of their career. We cannot wait to start the work and on the road together! Welcome to the Napalm family – Exodus!”

Exodus are not only getting ready to work on a new album, but they’ve got a couple huge shows lined up this September. You can check out the list of dates below.
