Keith Buckley’s New Band Many Eyes to Release Its First Single Later This Week

A couple months ago, former members of Every Time I Die announced that they’d formed a new band with ex-Dillinger Escape Plan vocalist Greg Puciato called Better Lovers. It was met with praise and criticism in equal measure, but fans of ETID were left wondering what frontman Keith Buckley was up to. Surely he had something up his sleeve in a post-ETID world.

It turns out that premonition was right, as Buckley unveiled his new band called Many Eyes earlier today. Featuring instrumentalists Charlie and Nick Bellmore, whose credits include work on solo projects by Dee Snider and Jamey Jasta, the band is set to drop its first single this Friday, October 13.

The announcement was made through a video that Buckley posted online. His statement is as follows:

“Dear you, sup. It’s me, Keith. Just wanted to let you know that I have a new band. It’s called Many Eyes. Two brothers named Charlie and Nick Bellmore play guitar and drums respectively. They also write, produce & record all the songs. I think they’re brilliant and I’m confident that you will too.

“Jamey Jasta introduced me to them over a year ago and the three of us have not stopped writing since. Shout out to Jamey Jasta. He is, and always has been the realest.

“Many Eyes marks the beginning of a new chapter in my story. One that promises to be significantly different from the ones that preceded it. It’ll be better… I’m better. I look forward to proving it, both on stage and off. See you out there. Love, me… Keith.”

ETID broke up back in 2022 thanks to what Buckley said was issues that “go back decades,” saying the band should have broken up back in 2014.

In addition to the upcoming single release, the band also has a number of tour dates already lined up as a support act for Thursday’s “War All The Time Live” tour early next year. Rival Schools will also be support.

With their tour set to start on January 25 in Buffalo, New York and come to an end on February 24 at New York City’s Irving Plaza. You can find the full list of dates below and tickets are available right now.
