Ready Or Not, Here Comes Fuming Mouth’s New Single “I’ll Find You”

With roughly a month left before the release of their sophomore effort Last Day of Sun, Fuming Mouth dropped the album’s latest single and accompanying music video for the track “I’ll Find You.” Described as an “endearing new love song” by the crusty death metal act, this new tune is the band’s second single off their album, which is slated for release on November 3 via Nuclear Blast.

The band’s vocalist/guitarist Mark Whelan kinda laid out the track’s love-song vibe pretty succinctly in a prepared statement:

“This is our first love song. It’s about overcoming all the obstacles between you and the person you love. No matter how tired you are. No matter how lost they get. Find them.”

Whelan said this new single is just a further continuation of the “deep personal matters” that Last Day of Sun deals with, having drawn on his own experience fighting leukemia over the last year. As a result of him now being cancer free, he said the band’s new album was the result of the renewed sense of purpose.

“What started as a fictional concept album became incredibly real. I was facing certain death, but as I kept writing the album it’s theme became clear. You could die tomorrow. Seize the day.”
