The Ghost Inside’s Announce New Album Searching for Solace, First Single Out Now

0

Metalcore act The Ghost Inside are apparently planning a massive 2024, as they not only just announced the upcoming release of their sixth studio album titled Searching for Solace, but they’ve dropped its first new single while simultaneously unveiling their headlining tour.

First off, let’s talk about the new album. Titled Searching for Solace, it’s the band’s followup to self-titled 2020 album and will feature 11 new tracks, including the single they dropped today, “Wash It Away.” According to vocalist Jonathan Vigil, the single is about how nothing’s permanent in this life.

“It’s really hard to break everything down, start over and rebuild. Whether that is a relationship, schooling, a career or a business venture. After dedicating so much time to something, it can be scary to lose it and start over.”

Searching for Solace will be released digitally on April 19, with the physical release coming on June 7, via Epitaph Records.

To support the new album, the band will be hitting the road with Paleface Swiss, Bleed From Within, and Great American Ghost. The shows will kick off on April 19 in Las Vegas and come to a close on May 16 in Columbus, Ohio. Tickets will go on sale this Friday, February 9 at 10 a.m. local.
