Governor Gavin Newsom “Suspends” Kid Rock From Playing in California

California Governor Gavin Newsom has leveled up his troll abilities lately, essentially giving Donald Trump a taste of his own shitty little social media medicine. He’s been mocking his post style with the all-caps typing and the talking about shit that really does not matter considering everything else that’s going on, and something he recently tweeted falls in line with all this mess.

And then there’s Kid Rock, everyone’s favorite drunk southern uncle to hate, who has verbally and aurally attacked damn near everyone. Not just with his shitty music, but with his ass backwards and archaic politics that have made him an ideal bosom buddy for our lame president. Governor Newsom has made it pretty obvious that Kid Rock is on his shit list, tweeting about how he hates him and how his already unbearable music has only grown even more unpopular since he admitted his disdain for him.

Now, Newsom has added another entry into his Kid Rock slam book by tweeting the following on September 20:

“Because of his horrific music, California will indefinitely suspend Kid Rock from performing in the Golden State. You’re welcome! – GCN.”

This might be a cheeky response to the FCC and ABC’s suspension of Jimmy Kimmel’s late night show, taking to a little bit of humor to poke at the utter assault on free speech currently taking place. Either way, as a California resident, I’m gonna go ahead and speak for everyone in the state when I beg for Newsom to make this ban real, so that we never have to see Kid Rock’s dumb face in our state again. Oh, what a wonderful world this would be.
