Poppy Trades Fury for Feeling on Her Melodic New Single “Unravel”

For the first time this year and fresh off the release of her collaboration with Evanescence’s Amy Lee and Spirtbox’s Courtney LaPlante on that track “End Of You,” Poppy dropped a purely solo single titled “Unravel.”

As an artist known for shifting her vibe and exploring differnet aspects of her sound, it’s important to note that fans of Poppy’s Negative Space sound will be happy to know that she hasn’t quite moved on from that style just yet. And a large reason why that’s the case might be the fact that she once again worked with ex-Bring Me The Horizon keyboardist turned producer and co-writer Jordan Fish.

Now, it should be noted that this isn’t the first new Poppy track to make it out into the wild this year. That distinction would go to the track “Bruised Sky,” which Poppy debuted live just last month. She also put out a cover version of WHAM!’s “Last Christmas”… so she’s been pretty active this year, truth be told.

At the moment, Poppy is currently touring Latin America with Linkin Park. You can find the remaining dates to that run below.
