Neon Nightmare Unveil Special Vinyl Edition of ‘Faded Dream’ to Help Nate Garrett’s Wife’s Battle Against Cancer

If you’ve ever wanted to know what Type O Negative could sound like in 2025, all you need to do is put on Neon Nightmare’s album Faded Dream and ride that one to completion. Headed up by Spirit Adrift’s Nate Garrett, the project was a shining release in last year’s sea of new efforts.

Earlier today, Garrett announced that he would be releasing a special vinyl variant of Faded Dream for Halloween. But that’s not the only reason for this new variant. According to Garrett, the money raised from the sale of this variant will also help bankroll his wife Nicole’s ongoing battle with stage 4 stomach cancer.

“A new limited one-time special edition pressing of the Faded Dream LP is available to order for Halloween 2025. The LP layout has been entirely re-done in a pink motif with a new vinyl variant to match. This special edition is a benefit to help Nicole, the wife of Neon Nightmare’s Nathan Garrett in her fight against stage 4 stomach cancer. Shipping in late November 2025.”
