August Burns Red and The Amity Affliction to Co-Headline North American Tour

0

A double feature of post-hardcore and metalcore stalwarts The Amity Affliction and August Burns Red will run through spring next year for what’s been dubgbed the ‘Spring Horizons’ tour. And along the way, they’ll have Boundaries and Heavensgate as their supporting acts.

Set to kick off on April 10 in Worcester, Massachusetts and comint to a close on May 17 in Phildelphia, the tour will see all those bands share stages in some major locales. We’re talking Atlanta, New Orleans, Dallas, Denver, Chicago… You get the drift. They’ll even make stoips in Toronto and Montreal, for our Canadian friends.

Speaking of the tour ahead of them, The Amity Affliction’s Joel Birch said he and his bandmates were excited for what’s to come.

“We’ve been talking in the background about touring with August Burns Red for years at this point. It’s so awesome that it’s finally happening. We can’t wait to get back to our second home and bring what we feel will be one of the best tours we’ve been a part of to all the cities we’re hitting. The lineup is amazing, the venues are amazing, and we couldn’t be more hyped for it — see you there.”

Similarly, August Burns Red said they were excited for the tour.

“We’re pumped to be joining forces with The Amity Affliction for what’s sure to be the can’t miss metal tour of the spring. ABR will be debuting a few brand new songs and bringing the shred alongside Boundaries, Heavensgate, and Dreamwake. We’ll see you all this April and May for the Spring Horizons Tour!”

Pre-sale and VIP packages are currently available, with ticket sales for the general public going live at 10 a.m. local time this Friday, December 5. You can find the full list of dates below.
