Boris to Celebrate 20 Years of ‘Pink’ with North American Anniversary Tour
Nostalgia’s back on the menu, boys and girls. This time, however, it’s being served up by eclectic Japanese metal band Boris for the 20th anniversary of their album Pink.
Set to kick off on October 23 in Solana Beach, California and running until November 22 in Los Angeles, the tour will feature support from a wide range of acts depending on the date. Some of the bands slated to join Boris on stage include Suppression, Agriculture, Bongzilla, and more.
During the tour, Boris will play the entirety of Pink using the original three-person lineup from 20 years ago. In addition to the album, they’ll play “the very setlist that once boldly repainted the map of heavy rock with its vivid sonic colors.”
Looking to the tour, Boris had this to say:
“‘Do You Remember Pink Days?’
“For those who experienced that era in real time—and for those encountering it live for the first time—this question will echo across personal timelines, bridging past and future alike.
“With a diverse array of guest acts appearing at shows across the U.S., this tour promises to be far more than a simple anniversary celebration. It offers a powerful, immersive glimpse into both the future and multifaceted nature of heavy rock itself.”
Tickets will go on sale for the ‘Do You Remember Pink Days’ tour this Friday, June 27 at 10 a.m. local time. Be sure to check out the full list of dates below for more details.
