Mayhem Announce New Album ‘Liturgy of Death’, First Single “Weep For Nothing’ Out Now

One of the most influential black metal bands of all time is returning with a brand new album and a single that’s out today. First, the former — the album is called Liturgy Of Death and it will be released on February 6.

As for the track, “Weep For Nothing” is seven minutes of pure, unabashed hatred. It’s extreme metal at its finest, but what do you expect from a band that’s been going at it for fourty years.
