Bloodywood Announce Their ‘System Of A Brown’ Tour
It wasn’t long ago that Indian metal band Bloodywood was touring all over the place with Babymetal this past summer and as a supporting act for Hailstorm during their run through Europe. Now that those tours are over, Bloodwood annoucned today that they’ll be headlining their own run of dates dubbed the ‘System of a Brown’ tour.
The tour will kick off on April 10 in Des Moines, Iowa and come to a close on May 17 when the band plays at the Sonic Temple Festival in Columbus, Ohio.
This time around, the band says they picked a diverse set of openers, including American metalcore band The Pretty Wild, Mexican “Flow Pesado” band, and Catalonian melodic metal band Ankor.
Raoul Kerr, the band’s rapper vocalist, said this newly announced tour was a big one for Bloodywood.
“Our spring headline run of the U.S. will be an epic full circle moment. It started this summer supporting BABYMETAL and it’s going to culminate in a run where we bring our full length set to the U.S. for the first time. It’s the best songs from our new album and the best of our first album — it’s the kind of set that pushes the limit of any venue to the max and we can’t wait to bring it to all our supporters there. We’re also playing Sick New World for the first time and returning to Welcome to Rockville as well as Sonic Temple, so this tour is stacked and we’re beyond ready to go.”
