Earlier this year, famed desert rock band Queens of the Stone Age released a really unique live album/video titled Alive In The Catacombs. It was the culmination of years of planning, with band leadere Josh Homme wanting to perform in the uniquely macabre locale nearly 20 years ago.

In what might just be in the spirit of the holidays, the band uploaded the entirety of the Alive In The Catacombs performance on their YouTube page. As a result, you can watch the whole thing free of charge, as many times as you want. Even better, they’ve included the accompanying documentary covering what went into the performance.

The songs performed in this haunting live version are as follows:

  1. “Running Joke / Paper Machete”
  2. “Kalopsia”
  3. “Villains of Circumstance”
  4. “Suture Up Your Future”
  5. “I Never Came”

So yeah, check out Alive in the Catacombs below.
