ADRIAN BROMLEY: NYC MEMORIAL HAPPY HOUR THIS FRIDAY

The metal industry was shocked Monday by the death of writer, publicist, friend and metal fixture Adrian Bromley. In Adrian’s honor, we will be gathering this Friday night, December 12th, at The Arrow Bar on Avenue A and 5th St. in New York City to listen to metal, hang out, and drink booze — exactly how he would have wanted it. Anyone who wants to gather to remember Adrian’s life is welcome to come down between 6 and 9pm for 2-for-1 drinks.

    I wish I could join you guys in New York tomorrow and celebrate Adrian’s life. I saw the tributes that have been left on various websites this week and have been very touched. Adrian was someone I always enjoyed talking to and looked forward to meeting up with at metal festivals around the country. Whenever I was told Adrian was calling, I looked forward to dropping what I was doing at that moment and shooting the shit with him. He was definitely someone whose passion for the music could never be brought into question, and he was one of the most genuinely nice people I encountered during my time in the industry.
