BEN ROBSON SHARTED

Monday, June 13th, 2011 at 1:00pm by

MetalSucks pseudo-celeb Ben Robson — he who won our Nevermore “Create Your Own Conspiracy” Contest back when Nevermore was actually still Nevermore — has released the second music video by his new “band” The Indigestion Collaboration. Robson, Slovenian guitarist Luka Žnideršič and Dutchman Matthijs van den Hoven all live thousands of miles apart from one another, but that hasn’t stopped them from creating killer music and an entertaining music video to match, which I picked up from The Number of the Blog:

Check out The Indigestion Collaboration’s first video for the song “Megapoop” here. It’s not so much a proper music video as it is basically a YouTube vocal cover featuring Ben Robson singing his own song, but it’s worth watching for the price of seeing Robson’s hilarious metal mannerisms we came to know and love through the Nevermore contest.

That’s the nature of MS- milk it till no one gives a shit anymore. We’re well beyond that point, so I’m pretty sure the next feature on Robson will be a video montage of him taking a dump in his mom’s linen closet.

thanks so much for posting this guys! i promise i’m not trying to hijack metalsucks, haha. most of the credit for this song should go to Lux and Matthijs, they wrote all the absolutely killer instrumental parts. i could have gargled mouthwash into a microphone and the song still would have been good thanks to them.

    • lulwut

Sounds like you just wrote your third song.

fuck the naysayers Ben. keep it up!!

  • Trux

Shouldn’t be MOCTEZUMA, instead of MONTEZUMA???

As far as I know, there is no MONTEZUMA guy, there is in fact a MOCTEZUMA , you know the mexica warrior….

And since the title of the song is refering to the stomacal disease , I`m pretty sure it should be MOCTEZUMA`S REVENGE…

    My two cents….

    Great song by the way,,,,,

  • Jewers

Hellacious Vocals, hopefully they get together to write some “serious stuff” (as in at least not about poop lol). It could be pretty damn good.

  • Fat ass

I feel like he definitely listens to protest the hero a lot. He has a similar style to Rody Walker but a different range (Which is a huge compliment in my opinion) and also the ending of the song at the “da da da da” part reminds me a lot of the intro/outro of Bloodmeat

believe it or not i’ve never listened to protest the hero or been told i sound like roddy walker before. everyone tells me they’re awesome though, so i’ll have to check them out. thanks!

Wow it is so weird seeing kids in their early teens busting out such a brutal song…. I mean seriously their already that good?

I didn’t think of Protest the Hero. I thought of Painkiller-era Rob Halford.

  • Killdozer666

    that was amazing!
