Headlining a handful of shows in April, can’t wait to play some more new stuff for all you headbangers!

Praise Yeezus! Fresh off their winter tour with The Contortionist, Fallujah and Toothgrinder, Revocation will be playing a few headline dates of their own this spring. Five to be exact, and you’ve gotta live on the East Coast to catch ’em, so we apologize if this all amounts to a giant tease. But on the plus side you can stop reading this post right now if you’re not in the Northeast.

It’s been WAY too long since I’ve seen Revocation headline. They’ve certainly done it plenty right in my own backyard, but I think the last time I saw these dudes play a proper headline set was on the Existence is Futile album cycle when Anthony Buda was in the band and they were still a three-piece! Different times. In the Instagram post announcing the run they promised they’d be playing “some more new stuff,” which most likely means songs from Deathless they haven’t played out yet and not new new stuff. Still, that should be tons of fun.

Double-bonus: Artificial Brain will be opening the Brooklyn date, with guitarist Dan Gargiulo pulling double-duty.

Dates:

4/3: Brooklyn, NY — Saint Vitus
4/4: Clifton Park, NY — Trick Shot Billiards
4/5: Cambridge, MA — Middle East Upstairs
4/10: Hartford, CT — Webster Underground
4/11: Rochester, NY — Roc-Upstate Massive Metal Fest
