To say that it’s been a long wait since Binary Code’s last album would be an understatement: the New Jersey progressive metallers last released a full-length in 2009. An EP followed a year later, not that one year is THAT big of a difference in the span of six.

So, was it worth the wait? You’ll ultimately need to be the judge of how you feel about that, but if you want to know what we think look no further than the fact that we’re premiering Moonsblood exclusively right here on MetalSucks! We’ve had the pleasure of hearing some of these songs in various forms — demos, live, and in the studio — in the years since the band last released new music, and it’s an absolute pleasure to finally hear them in full-realized form, courtesy the recording and mixing prowess of Eyal Levi. We think you’ll agree.
