So: Black Sabbath has just released a four-disc, super-duper-deluxe edition of Paranoid, and amongst the wealth of material on those four discs are some demos for the album…

…like this one for “Iron Man”! As Metal Injection notes, “the sequencing is a little different, as are some of the lyrics.” It’s not, like, a shocking difference — no, your crazy friend’s long-held theory that “Iron Man” started out as a reggae song is not true — but for Sabbath fans and heavy metal history aficionados, it’s still really interesting.
