Brummel not only displays his arrogance, but actually refers to himself as the “leader of a cult” – and his insistence that all Victory employees love their job, love the bands, and never engage in personal conversations at the office are perfect examples of the kind of group-think Ramsey Dean asserted Brummel demands of all his employees.

And when you’re done there, read this clever retort to Brummel’s anti-iTunes stance – a stance, it’s worth noting, Brummel has since abandoned in a rare instance of not having his head up his ass.
