NEW THRICE ALCHEMY INDEX VIDEO TEASER

The Syndicate reports that Thrice have released another video teaser for their upcoming concept piece The Alchemy Index, the first two parts of which will be released on Super Tuesday October 16. All I can say is… wow. This is going to be a very, very ambitious piece of music that will no doubt alienate a large segment of Thrice’s core. At the same time something like this has the potential to turn on a whole new segment of music fans to the band’s super-intellectual musical approach; those who enjoy bands like Tool, Muse, The Mars Volta, and to some extent even System of a Down could easily dig Thrice’s new direction.
