As we were sadly reminded once again earlier this week, life is precious and before you know it any of your most cherished loved ones could float off to that great gig in the sky without warning…

Frankly, it scares the shit out of me. When I think about my closest folks not being here, or dying myself, I feel increasingly anxious and have to remind myself that our time here is better spent being thankful for the moments we do have. Tell your friends and family you love them as often as you can, and don’t forget to ROCK as hard as possible (in whatever fashion that may be for YOU) while you’re here on this planet in your human form.
