Shit moves way too fast, amirite?  We are all gunning to make our lives more efficient and hassle-free, and in an effort to do so, sometimes we forget the value of being able to just take it slow, man…

What makes the Road Runner or The Flash any better than you or I?  Sometimes the ability to take one’s time will make the process that much more enjoyable (and fruitful, for that matter).

This hypothesis is not always true, though.  Take a scene from recent acclaimed Hollywood movie Wolf of Wall Street for example, that suggested otherwise…

Sure, we are all still pumped about the pairing of Leo’s Wolf of Wall Street with our beloved Meshuggah, (and let’s not forget that there’s still time to sign the petition calling DiCaprio to the stage with Meshuggah for at least one song during the band’s upcoming performance at Bonneroo) but of course when said wolf desired to take things extra slow with the aid of quaaludes, things resulted in a totaled car and a drooling, vegetative Leo.  Not so sexy.

Maybe instead of taking ‘ludes we should all enjoy a bunch of super-slowed down versions of our favorite songs…

PS–who’s got ‘ludes?!?!?!?!?  I did one once almost two decades ago, and I’m about ready for round two!
