Must Watch Music Video of the Day: Shredhead’s “Walk with the Dead”

shredhead walk with the dead videoHow to describe Israeli quartet Shredhead‘s new video for their song “Walk with the Dead”? Well, imagine if the South Park dudes made a music video and packed it full of “cameos” by metal musicians like Ozzy, James Hetfield, Jeff Hanneman, Dave Mustaine, Dimebag, Chuck Billy, Robb Flynn, and Randy Blythe, plus various visual references to famous metal album art like Master of Puppets and Youthanasiaplus a ton of random pop culture references. That would be this video. The video is so much fun, the fact that the song is really cool — it sounds like Vulgar Display-era Pantera! — is almost just icing on the cake (almost — it would be way harder to enjoy this video if it were for, like, Asking Alexandria or some shit).

Watch it below, courtesy of our friends at Decibel, who premiered the clip yesterday. The song appears on Shredhead’s Death is Righteous, which is out now.
