KEN Mode Squeeze Into Some “Tight Jeans”
When KEN Mode released “Blessed,” the first single from their new album Success, I wondered if the slow, plodding song represented the style of the entire record, “or if there are other songs which are a little more in the vein of the KEN Mode that sounds like their only goal is render humanity extinct.”

Well, now we have our answer: NPR has debuted another Success-ful song, “These Tight Jeans,” and it’s a face-melting hardcore song that seems destined to incite violent pits wherever it’s played. Okay, so it isn’t as heavy or chaotic as anything from 2013’s Entrench, but whatever — it still rocks.
Check out “These Tight Jeans,” which features guest vocals by Jill Clapham, below. Success comes out June 15 on Season of Mist. Pre-order it here.
