Video: Pig Destroyer Perform “Natasha” in its Entirety for the First Time

Pig Destroyer - NatashaScott Hull must be feeling frisky these days! First, Agoraphobic Nosebleed actually played their first-ever live show at last month’s Maryland Deathfest… and then Pig Destroyer debuted the live version of “Natasha” earlier this month at Temples Fest in Bristol, England. Our buddies at Metal Injection were on hand to capture this very special performance, which you can watch below.

For those of you don’t know why this is a pig big deal: “Natasha” is a thirty-seven-minute doom song — not the kind of track PxDx usually produce, obviously — which was originally included only as a DVD with copies of 2004’s Terrifyer. Although it has since been made available for purchase on its own as both a CD and a digital track… and although the band has since released some more doomy material… this is still very much outside their wheelhouse, and the fact that they performed it live is bound to get my fellow Pig Destroyer fanatics all hot n’ bothered.

Watch the video below! Unsurprisingly, PxDx killed it. How can you not love these dudes???
